Looking to buy a 125cc motorcycle within the next month. No Scooters. Preferably Daelim or Hyosung for convenience of maintainability, however I will consider others if in decent condition. Looking to spend around 2mil won, give or take.

for just over 2mil, you can get one new. a warranty is handy and the service is pretty good. components on these little, korean bikes are not so great; being able to swap leaky suspension parts or busted chain tensioners on warranty is nice. plus... you will get to be the first one to drop it!

i tried to respond to your pm, but i guess i can't yet. it just sucks they let me type it all out before telling me i can't send it.
i bought my first bike a few years ago at a shop in chungmuro, but i got my current one used on passo.co.kr. its a yamaha r6. i just met the private seller to check it out and buy.
most bike shops will have competitive prices. you won't have to make a special trip to chungmuro, but it might be easier to find what you're looking for. they will all have little posters with the same recommended prices from the factory. you will be able to negotiate a little from there.
i got a hyosung troy rt125d in 08 for around 2.2 or 2.3. i think it was advertised at 2.4. anyway... it was a decent little bike. you can probably get them to toss in a helmet too.
they will also probably be able to register and insure it for you for a small fee.

here's one on gmarket for 2.45mil with a free disk lock and something else. delivery fee is 20-30,000 or you can pick it up at the cargo terminal for free.

might knock a bit off the price at the shop... especially on an 09 model.
a lot of shops advertise new bikes on www.passo.co.kr or www.bobaedream.co.kr too.
