I have just been informed by the recruiter that the transcripts require a stamp/sticker/or registrars signature over the seal of the envelope.

Does anyone else have to do this and do you know where I get this from exactly?

your uni does it. so when you order your transcripts, you should ask that they sign and put a stamp over the seal of the envelope. usually they do this anyway.

It's just the stamp of the university over the seal and a signature over the seal. I ordered mine and they didn't have it but I don't live too far from my uni so was able to go down and ask them to do it. My husband's came already done like that so most uni's are probably aware of it - it didn't seem to be too much of a big deal.

It's usually the university registrar that does this - or the student office/help desk.

I had them sign and stamp each page as well as the seal, just to be safe.

We're all getting twitchy. It's funny to see the optimism of the start of our EPIK threads descend into worry, stress, pleas for infomation and general requests for a hug.

Just me? Razz

I can't tell you how much I hope you all get accepted to the public school programme - as well as me! I'm going to be provincial and say that I especially hope that mckinneysbelfast and JD_Tiberius find homes in Korea. The land of morning calm need more Celtic hangovers Wink

Once the NOAs start to arrive, I think those early birds should start the Facebook group, and then we can all giddily join Very Happy

I have taught before in Korea and I second this motion. TBH we need more Brits and Irish period, we are severely out numbered by our trans-atlantic bretherin.
