Anyone know if there's a public location to do this?

I'm thinking along the lines of a fedex/kinko's... I'm pretty sure there are some in Seoul, but I can't find a definitive answer from their website.

Or maybe there's another way to go about it?

Thanks in advance for the help.

I know of two Kinkos - you can also try asking at PC방 some of them have scanners some of them only have printers.

In Nonhyun-dong - get out Hakdong Stn. exit 10. Walk straight out of the subway and up the hill, keep walking until you hit the main corner. Take a left at the W bank, and keep walking straight. You'll see the Kinkos on your left with a small Coffee Bean Express.

Cheers folks, thanks for the help.

By the way, ttompatz, is there anything you're not an expert on?

There are a lot of printer/copy/fax/scan places near many schools, especially near universities.

I think that most PC Bangs have a printer-scanner. If it's less than a quarter of them, i'd be surprised.
