| do public school jobs start all year round or only at the beginning of terms? I completely understand that almost all the teachers are hired to start when the terms start, but since sometime teachers leave and stuff, do PS positions open during the year? |

There are a few openings around the year for any number of reasons including:
Teachers who leave early,
teachers who never came to Korea
School wasn't assigned a NET in the placement period
school was permitted an extra NET in the budget but was unable to recruit one at the beginning of term.
By and large however the vast majority are still recruiter for either the March 2 or late August term starts.
