I am wondering where are good places to visit in Korea on the weekends as I really want to get out of Seoul every now and then, as fresh air is good .So if anyone has any info it would be great also if you could also post that train stations and accommodation you toke that would be great (but don't worry about it if you don't have this info as I will just check it out on Google or ask my co-teacher)
I'm not sure if there is a thread already here for this so if you know of any post here please otherwise any info you can give would be great. |

What are you interested in?
The Korean tourism website has information about approximately 6 billion things that you can do/places you can visit on the weekends, all over the country.

+1 for accurate info, +100 for pointing out the obvious and making me laugh
in all seriousness tho, what is your level of 한글 if it is poor you might want a Korean friend to set some stuff up unless you go to a big town or city. If you are spontaneous, you can simply go to a Korail station and walk up and by a ticket anywhere. Trains leave every 15 minutes. My favorite place ( I haven't been to a lot) is Yeongwol in Kangwon-do http://www.ywtour.com/eng/ but there is not much English around there. I went with a Korean GF/friend(she couldn't decide) which made it easier |
