Where can I get the required things for this? I can get the lessons just by googling it but I need pens etc...Your typical Mart? I haven't seen any yet in the mix n' match stores.
I'm picking up a hobby a week here. Not sure if I want to calligraphise Korean, being such an inevitably laughable language aesthetically, but i'd really like to try an Asian language nonetheless. |

You can find the brushes you need at any stationary store.
As for Korean calligraphy, you can join any place, they will help start you off on the best way to write in Korean and some Chinese. |

There's a really nice program at the Seoul Art Center in Seocho... but you need to be able to speak Korean and know a large amount of hanja before you begin.
Also, I don't know if this is the best place to go, but Insadong has a hell of a lot of calligraphy supply stores. |

Yeah I've looked in all local stationary stores to no avail. It seems nowhere in Anyang has anything... I hear Hongdae has about a million art stores so I'll try that first before Insadong but... Who would have thought I'd have so much trouble *wheeze* |
