San Paulo. It's a Brazilian steakhouse near Seoul National Univ of Education. They bring you all different kinds of steaks and meats that are soooo delicious....and it's all you can eat, so when you've finished trying them all just ask for more of your favorites.

Ugh, I want to go again now, lol.

Seoul National University of Education, exit 14. Walk straight about 2-3 minutes it will be on your right. You'll see the Brazilian flag and wine bottles outside, it's on the second floor.

I don't know if this the best restaurant in Seoul but there is a Bulgarian place right next to Sam Ryan's in Itaewon that was pretty damn good.

OK2 in Itaewon! Delicious and interesting food there. A lunch tasting menu is only 20,000, too, which is a steal.

Zelen. They just opened a second restaurant in Hannam-dong, and yup...it's pretty damn good food.

I had the opportunity to sample some of the fare at Between (new place in Itaewon) and it blew me away. Be sure to check it out when it opens to the public.

Check out Mercado in Apgujeong. I've been to both several times and greatly prefer Mercado for not only the quality/taste of the food, but for the service, ambiance, and authenticity as well. Same price at around 28k won for unlimited meat.

Mercado might be one of my picks. Excluding all the really expensive places, I might also go with the buffet at Taj Palace in Itaewon. Zelen and Petra's are also highly recommended.
