What are the average utilities prices in Seoul

I saw posts for 100,000 Won to 200,000 Won.

Gas
Electric
Heat
A/C

it largely depends on what kind of housing you get.

1 room in a villa = probably 60-100k all up.
office tel = probably 100-140k all up.
apartment in a high rise = up to 200k.
