| Has anybody recently used PA's online system to get a background check and successfully received an E2 Visa? |

| Here's an update- my visa was approved. I did cut off the website address on the bottom of the printout, so that may have helped... |

Notarized and apostilled in PA. Personally went to Harrisburg to get it done and it took about 15 minutes (apostille).
Also of importance, you need to get it notarized from a PA Notary or the state won't do an apostille for you. |

Zippy did the online check 2 years ago for his first one. Then it seemed they changed the procedure and online checks were no longer accepted.
BUT, as you said tua, cut off the web address on the printout and it is the exact same one they send in the mail. The mail request only took about a week this time around (Jan 10), so that wasn't so bad. |
