| save your money and buy a jump rope. way better cardio, and way softer on the knees. |

Thats quite a one sided response, what if they're training for a marathon?
Personally i'd rather run outside, that way you get to see some great things and a treadmill cant truly replicate what its like to experience different terrains and gradients.
But if the OP wants to jog and watch TV, fair play! |
