I have seen a program on TV and saw a poster in a subway tunnel with people piloting this little vehicle with a motor on it underneath a giant parachute. I am not sure exactly what it is called but I am really eager to find out.

Can someone tell me the exact term for it and more importantly, where I can go to learn how to do this? I would like to get a license for it if there are any classes in Seoul that can teach you about it.

Thanks

They are called power parachutes. My friend has one, it's fun. Google Power Parachute.

paraplane or powered parachute:

They are loads of fun, safer than traditional ultralights and in most countries do not require a license.

This machine's a bit rusty Mr. Kim, are you sure it's safe?

This harness looks a little loose, are you sure it's safe Mr. Kim?

So how exactly do you land this thing again Mr. Kim? I didn't understand the first time.

No thanks. I'll pass on power parachuting in Korea.
