I already have a notarized copy of my degree, and an apostille. The notarization is on the front of the copy. Now, a recruiter has given me the following direction:
Degree photocopy with apostille (the copy must be notarized by the school registrar on the back of the copy, or by the mobile notary. after that, it must obtain apostille).
How has everyone else here done it? |

Well, I did it last year. Took it to a public notary. They notarized it on the front. Why the heck would they need to do it on the back? Wouldn't make much sense. Then got the apostille. Pretty simple process actually. |

There must be a difference in policy for each immigration office. I had heard this before and sent in my Notarized and Appostilled copy of my diploma.
The immigration office in Gangnam rejected it and said I had to send in my original. $35 later in shipping...
My diploma can be replaced for $25 from my University, wish I had of just sent the original in the first place. |

On the back? That seems pretty stupid. Don't you also have to make photocopies of the original? |
