I know this sounds simple, but I'm wondering how I can get to Gumi from Daegu. I know it's possible to go via several methods, but considering it's so close, I don't want to go 30 minutes to the other side of town and then hop on a bus for 40 minutes to Gumi. I see the train runs pretty frequently and is super cheap (2900 won!)
I'm trying to get to the Waegook Cook in Gumi and I live just a couple minutes south of downtown in Daegu, so whatever will get me there the easiest. Also I might be leaving at a late/early hour |

Take the train to Gumi, then call Sugi and ask her to tell the taxi driver where to go.
Or take the 250 (runs past Seomun Market) to Waegwan, then hop on any number of buses (10/110/111/etc) to Gumi Terminal, and do as above. |

| seconded. if you're far from the daegu bus terminal, then train is best. mugunhwa is fine, half an hour... taxi ride to WC is nothing... maybe 7k? sound about right (anyone)? |
