| Just a thought: Why not just put a reasonable price-tag that you want for the glove. Save everyone from trying to be psychic. |

| I figure that the number of people that a) read this forum b) play first base and c) are in the market for a 1st-basemen's mitt is so low, that I'd hate to scare someone off with a price. Basically, I've got 2 of the same glove but I only need one. I'd love for someone to use it (I like the glove). I don't want some tool to buy it just so they can resell it or have it sit unused in a closet. |

| I knew baseball players were weak and needed massive padded gloves, but I had no idea that each position has a special glove..very interesting. Are the gloves for second and third baseman also uniquely designed?? |

Doth not the marathoner and the sprinter don footwear of different ilks? Doth not the painter wield brushes of differing size and manner?
I have no time for such nonsense! |

Funny, we could use a bit of dugout humor in some of the weekend games I play in.
In fact, since you don't need a glove, you're already to go at first base.
You can even try pitching, the throws from the catcher are light enough you'd never need a glove!
OP, that's a nice glove, but it's a bit pricey for me.
How did you get 2 of them? Did you get a 1 + 1 deal at a sporting goods store here? |
