I'm waiting for someone to do this in Korea or here in Canada and blame it on mental illness or stress.

It annoys me that people take their anger out on schools.

Banning knives would solve this. Knives facilitate violence. Scissors are good enough for common people.

My bad -- I misread. I took Western thinking to China instead of the other way around.

I don't think you have much to worry about in the West, OP. This seems to be a "China thing." It's possible, we've got sickos, but it would be a new low. Whether it could happen in Korea I won't say.
