And Qrix in Sinchon was offering TV5 as early as 2006. |

It's available on Qook and I had it until I changed to Skylife. I'm also thinking that France 24, the French equivalent to Arirang TV, will also make its way to Korea.
If you check the TV5 Asie homepage, you can find out which programs and movies have English subtitles. |
