I am a graphic designer, and I have recently been thinking about making some t-shirts to (try to) sell in the weekend market in Hongdae park.
Has anyone set up over there? Is there a fee, or is it first come, first serve?
Are there any possible VISA problems that I should be worried about? I'm on an E-2
Is there anything I can do to protect my designs from people copying them? Thanks, don't know much about this.
Thanks for any help you can give |

The popular thing to do in an effort to 'protect your designs' is to just not allow pictures. Put up a sign, and be vigilent.
As for the visa stuff, yes doing so would be violating your E-2 visa. Basically my understanding is that you're not allowed to do any work that is not on your ARC. Period. Techincally not even volunteer work. This is the policy, not the practice. |
