| I got the finger prints done here and sent them to my home state, along with a bank check and request form, and then my state sent me a name based background check. Just curious if this is okay for immigration here in Korea. |

In that case, no, I am pretty sure from what I have seen on here that you don't actually need to present fingerprints to immigration. What they look at is whether or not your CBC is statewide, not local.
The fingerprints are just a way to satisfy the police back home that you are who you say you are. |
