|

I've been here about a month and almost immediately after arriving, developed a large patch of...something...on my face. At first I thought it was the worst acne of my life, but now it's just a big dry patch that itches/stings sometimes. It hasn't spread or gotten better.
Anyone know of a good dermatologist near Yeongtong that speaks English? Or, anywhere nearby?
Thank you! |

I'm the same. Friggn' annoying. There must be some type of irritant in the air. I notice many of the students, and the odd grown up too, are suffering from bad skin right now. |

I'm headed to Suwon in a week. It sounds like the pollution is lovely. |

This may have nothing to do with it, but a lot of Koreans I know in the states developed the same problems after moving from Korea. I always thought it was just something that happened to them when they went to the US. |

I live in Suwon and don't have anything like that - Suwon isn't the worst for air pollution by any means.
Ajou University Hospital - they have plenty of specialists there in most disciplines, only place i know - sorry !
One thing I did get when I started here was a skin reaction to elevated msg levels in food |
