Anyone read this book yet? I just got my copy. I tried to order it almost a year ago but wasn't in print or it was out of stock.

Finally got a copy today. Can't wait to read it.

It was really hard to get. Some people were selling it used for like 252 dollars. I got mine for 30 which included the shipping and tax.

I just read the first chapter. Pretty good stuff so far. Andrew Salmon is doing a good job portraying what happened. It almost feels as though you are watching a film when reading it.
