|
|
I am looking into a summer camp position that would offer me a C4 visa and will run for one month, late July to late August. I have heard that the visa is good for 90 days. Does anyone have any experience, knowledge, or advice on going to Korea with a C4 visa and then finding a full time position within the 90 days, making a visa run to Japan for your E2 visa and starting your new full time job? Any information would be much appreciated.
Thanks |

I think it's a very smart move.
If you're here, you can actually see potential working places and apartments, get the feel of the neighborhoods where you would live and then make a more informed choice. You also have more negotiating power if you're here. And in my opinion the chances of you landing a job from abroad are 50-50 in a usual case, but if you're here, I'd say it goes up to 70-30 in your favor.
Plus, with the camp you'll have paid housing during the camp, a paid air ticket and a little money in your pocket from the camp. |
