| I can't find one, yet it gets released next month so I'm assuming it's out there. Or if not can anyone venture a guess? I know this has been answered elsewhere but I see too many conflicting statements made from months ago, so I thought I'd see if anyone knew a current answer. |

The iPhone 4 was launched and is already in the hands of American customers. It took Korea a while to get the 3GS but I believe that it was because Apple really didn't know how popular it would be here due to the historical penchant for Koreans to prefer dumbphones so they didn't make a big rush of it.
With the great success the 3GS has had however and Apple's greater emphasis on a global launch, I wouldn't be surprised if Korea got it by the end of August. The main time consuming issue is just getting it approved by the Korean ministry (like the FCC in America). |

Its not a 4g. Its just 4. 4g would imply the phone works on 4g networks. It doesn't. This iPhone is the iPhone 4. When Apple released an iPhone that runs on a 4G network, THAT will probably be named iPhone 4G.

Went into the KF store today, was tld it's launched next month? Put my name on a waiting list (first enquiry apparently) so will see what happens!

| As of yesterday, they are still unsure on an official date for the release or how much it will cost. You do have to sign up for it now, and it costs 30,000 won just to fill out the paperwork and reserve your spot. (if you're a foreigner, you can probably get them to waive the fee like they did for me) |

I just left my name and number on a page in the guys notebook in the store, no form filling no cost, perhaps the sales guy wasn't very clued up?
Hope that means I will actually be getting one! Proper Qook/Show store too. |
