I applied for my pension in February a few days before the end of my contract. I filed for a bank transfer. It has been 3 months now and I never received it. Is there anything I can do to recover it from outside of Korea? |

Are you out of Korea? If so, you can contact the pension office and ask.
If you're still in Korea, refund won't happen until you've left the country. |

I have been out of Korea for 3 months. It should have been sent within 30 days I was told. The pension office we went to is in rural Jeollanam-do and no one speaks english there. Is there a different office I can call where they will be able to help me? |
