State Online criminal history check + Embassy authentication?
First off, I know generally online checks are not well accepted by Korean Immigration. However, they Pennsylvania online check do not really betray that they are done online. They �look good� as an official document (they are).

I am in Thailand and it is not practical for me to get a criminal history check done in time for a summer camp I would like to apply for. Btw, I have a previous E2 visa from 2007
I have not done it yet but I plan on the following:
#1: Have a PACH (Pennsylvania Access To Criminal History) online check done: https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp Pennsylvania is not my home state, but easy enough to claim it as so.
#2: I will then have it authenticated at the US Embassy in Seoul as outlined here: http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?t=118735
Anyone tired this or a similar procedure? |
