This was Crafter's flagship model about 5 years ago. Cutaway with L.R. Baggs Pro built in pickup/tuner.
Solid German Spruce top, and rare Birdseye Maple Back and sides. The grain looks like a 3D image, pictures don't do it justice, stunning.
Sadly it was nicked by the last owner as you can see in the one close up picture. He took it back to the shop and they sent it back to the factory had a Crafter Luthier reseal the damaged finish so more cracks wouldn't form. He paid well over a million for it at the time.
It has now evolved into the KSGAE-0038, that are selling between 1.5 and 2 million, now that Crafter have a solid reputation built, but the Legend uses the pricier (and better sounding on these bigger guitars in my opinion) Birdseye Maple as opposed to the Rosewood.
I got a great deal on it at the time thanks to the ding, and since the condition hasn't changed and the sound has matured, I think its fair to ask the same price now!
500,000 obo
Must see, play and hear!
Comes with gig bag, capo, strap, picks
