I'm having some issues with internet speed. My speedtest.net results are an awful 3mbits/sec which is not the norm. I cannot seem to get anything done. I noticed the past two days that my DS1 light is on, but the DS2 and DS3 light are off on the modem. I have reset several times but nothing has changed. Is this an ISP issue, or an issue on my end? Any suggestions?
I would call the ISP but two things are holding me back...first I'm not entirely sure who my ISP is...the bill isn't real clear about it and it was setup when I arrived over a year ago and I never had any problems before so I never looked into it. Secondly My Korean is marginal at best. |
