Moody's Praises South Korean Stability
South Korea sustained over W1 billion worth of losses in exports due to labor disputes last year, which is higher than those during Kim Dae-jung and Kim Young-sam administrations, a global rating agency said on Friday. Moody's decided to maintain South Korea's sovereign credit rating and outlook at the current level of 'A3 Negative.'
