Hi. Thanks for looking into my question.
I am currently working in Korea and will be finishing my second contract at the same school on September 12th. I would like to obtain a position in Seoul after the conclusion of this contract.
My question is pertaining to the paperwork that will be involved. Do I have to get all new paperwork, criminal background check, transcipts, and the others? I have my original degree and tesol certificate in hand but do not have any other documents.
Is it possible to start a job on September 13th and just transfer my visa the last day of work at my current school?
Thank you for your time and information. |

two scenarios.
1) new visa - this also means a full and complete set of documents again.
2) visa transfer - this means you need the LOR and some paperwork and the restriction is that the 2 contracts MUST be concurrent.
Both are possible (depending on YOUR circumstances at the end of your contract).
