Hey folks!

Does anyone know how much the pro rata daily salary is for GEPIK (how they calculate, besides just splitting it evenly?) My contract ends in the beginning of June (5 working days + holiday) and I'm trying to figure out/estimate what my last paycheck should be.

Should I include the holiday or take it out? Also, my paycheck is 2.0m + 100,000 rural bonus. Should I add that in the calculation or leave it out?

It should be (SALARY/DAYS IN THAT MONTH)*DAYS WORKED.

DAYS WORKED includes weekend or holiday.

Ah so actually it's 8 days instead of 5? (a weekend + holiday).

Thanks!

DAYS IN THAT MONTH should be WORKING DAYS IN THAT MONTH, no?

Generally they will not count a holiday as a working day UNLESS it makes the working days for the month less than 20. In that case they'll just go by 20. I've had a few man-wons squeezed out of my last pay that way. What can ya do?

DAYS WORKED should NOT include weekends or holidays unless you worked them.

I would leave in the rural bonus.

Okay....cool. Hahaha, I guess I'll just have to ask them on Monday and get it all settled.

No, not working days. In June, you use 30 days.

2.1 million /30 = 70k for your daily rate in June.

IF your contract includes the Monday (and you are in fact still here) then 8 days.

IF you leave on the Friday then 5 days.
