Entering Mainland China with a Home Return permit?

I'm planning to go to China straight from Incheon airport. Most other nationals have to apply for a Chinese visa, but I have a Home Return Permit since I'm a Hong Kong resident ID card holder as well.

My question is, is it possible to enter Mainland China from Korea with a Home Return Permit (without touching Hong Kong or Macau) instead of a visa?

Any help would be appreciated.
