Have these been relaxed/modified recently?
I've noticed a rapid appearance of computerised horse racing rooms all over Seoul recently, and I wondered if it was anything to do with relaxed betting laws or if it's just a new, exciting fad that's caught on throughout the city.
Anyone know? |

A new fad. No money, only prizes. Love the casinos here, Kwangdon Land outside of Taebek, foriegners free, Koreans, 5000 won. The place is packed with Koreans. I believe it is the only casino they are allowed to visit to gamble. |
