I have a few questions.

First, if you setup a paypal account, with a Korean credit card, can you still make purchases on the US appstore for Apple, or will the message still popup that you can only make purchases in Korea?

Second, I know games and some apps are blocked on the Korean Android Marketplace. Can you access US Android Marketplace with a US credit card like you can with an Iphone and the Appstore?

Third, this is the frist question, but with Android Marketplace and a Korean paypal account.

I tried to set up a paypal account linked to my korean credit card and bank account but failed. I spent about 40 minutes talking to customer support who were based in singapore.

If I remember rightly it was the old problem with my ARC number not being the same as a Korean ID number..

Maybe they've fixed this now? It was about 6 months ago that I tried.
