Looking at a PS school in Suwon in Tap Dong. On Google earth it looks pretty rural/quiet. I lived in Yeongtong years back and I know that the immigration office is in that general area, and that there is an EMart there, but other than that memory seems to tell me that does not seem like a great area to live. Anyone have more of an idea?
