Apartment for rent (Migeum, Bundang)

Details:
27 pyeong/970 square feet/89.26m2 OfficeTel for rent.
Location: right next to Migeum station on the Bundang line. Faces away from intersection/subway so is not noisy.
Deposit/rent = 20mil/500k, 15mil/530k, 10mil/570k. You will pay 100k every month for �service� (elevator, lights, building maintenance etc.)
Term: 14 June � 14 October 2010 (start date flexible). So contract can be for 4 months or one year. Your choice.

Condition:
Apartment is slightly older (not a spanking new building, but clean). A few dings and scratches on surfaces, hence the cheaper price.
Include aircon, fridge, gas range/small gas oven, couch, blinds, computer desk.

Two to three people could comfortably live here. I searched extensively to find this apartment. For a place of this size, it is the best price in this area.

I have a Korean friend who will assist with the paperwork and expedite the process. It is painless and there is no commission or fee to anyone.
