...a nice juicy california roll thats not dry or wimpy on the fillings, or a prawn tempura roll, loads of avacade with spicy roe on top...

Now where in Busan can one purchase the above? I saw there was an eki eki sushi near Gwangali but when I tried to go it it was nought but a shell, looks like it hasnt been fitted yet, or even worse its closed and fittings have been removed Sad

There was a little place in the tiny town I used to live in that did it perfectly, it may even be the reason I came back to Korea deep down. Its so frustrating Crying or Very sad

You know, that's an incredibly easy meal to make yourself. Just last week I taught my kindergarteners how to make it.

Thanks for the advice but it wouldn't be the same.
