This apartment is located 5 minutes from the subway station and 5 minutes from Yonsei University. It's near the nightlife in Sinchon as well, but far enough away so you don't hear it. I love this One-room but unfortunately I found a job near Gangnam and am sick of the commute. I'm including all my furniture in the deal, since my new place is coming fully furnished - includes: a full-sized American style sofa - a 3-seater that you sink into, another smaller sofa, a coffee table, a small bedside bookshelf - I'll also include a microwave and a toaster for good measure.

I've been here for one month - you can either take over my lease for 10 months (with no REALTOR FEE) or sign a new 12-month one with the landlord (also with no REALTOR FEE). The rent is 650,000/month with 5,000,000 key money.

If you're interested - please email me immediately. The apartment will be available from the 20th - since rent is paid up through then. If you're interested in moving in sooner we can arrange a pro-rated rent up through the 20th. You're not going to be able to find a place this big for this price in this neighborhood. Talk is cheap - so I urge you to come and check it out yourself.
