Can someone help me complete the Consul's checklist:
I do not understand what it means by Academic Career and asking if my degree has been authorized by the government. Should I check yes or no
Also what do I check when it says do I agree to confirm your academic career?
The problem I have is that the transcript I sent was from my last college I attended (I attended three for my BA) what date do I enter my year I began college or the year I started my last university? |

They're asking you to swear that your degree was conferred by a government accredited school. Unless you bought it in Thailand, check yes.
You are also allowing them to confirm that your degree came from the institution you said it did.
I also went to two schools. I put the date I started one and the date I finished the other. |
