If you'd like, he says he can leave the microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, water boiler (for drinking water), coffee table, a second small table, shelves, drying rack, pots/pans/glasses/bowls/plates/tupperware, etc, etc. Apparently it's possible for you to move in and NOT need anything. For that, he said you can just negotiate a small payment, and apparently it sounds like he's not going to ask much. If not, he can get rid of it all.

Does he have the receipts for all those stuff? Sorry I can't help it....I got to ask your 'mantra' question. Laughing

Yeap...

He does.

And he's also giving away are FREE authentic TAG watch to the person who rents. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a receipt... just believe it's real.

Good to see you not being so uptight with your response KA. You made a good progress, regardless what other member said about your previous post. Well done!

Anyway my Tag Heuer watch must be very special, because even made in China Tag Heuer does come with the receipt nowadays. Laughing

I bought a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo last week from e-mart and I cant find the receipt for those. I feel so guilty now..Ill try to be more careful with my receipt in the future ok.

Btw is this your apartment? Because why cant your friend list it here himself, rather than giving you the hassle to advertise it for him. I hope Im not making a quick judgement here. Im just curious thats all.

Good luck with finding a new tenant!

Shampoo and soap but no receipts eh? Hmmm, is there some reason you'd like to resell them? I would hope they're unused in that case.

If you do decide to resell them, I don't imagine you'd need receipts. Unless of course it's TAG soap and TAG shampoo.

Smile
