Anyone know any sites. Thinking about doing my boss a favor and taking a stab at recruiting for my school. I'm sure there's a bunch of people on here who have had issues with Korean recruiters, and I'm trying to do it so I can make sure my school gets a competent person who will actually enjoy being here.

I think craigslist is free. Not sure how many potential esl teachers look there, but you can try.
