I'm wondering if there's a good public site that can be used to research Korean law....If it's in English, so much the better.
Specifically, I'm looking for law related to starting a business as a foreigner. Thanks for your help! |

Are you a gyopo on an f4 or married to a korean? if so there is a better site you can go to to ask.
if you're not one of those, do you have at least 50 million won out of country you can bring in? if not, you're not even going to get started. |

Seoul help center for foreigners. It is part of their mandate.
There are further restrictions if you do NOT hold an F2/4/5 visa and require an D8 (like a minimum of 50 million won investment in paid up capital).
