Hi,

I have a friend who is also getting ready to head for south korea. She said that when she first applied her recruiter broke down the visa process and explained that the cannabinoid test is not included in the drug test anymore so not to worry (she didnt ask, the recruiter just explained this in an email).

She recently just got an email from them saying that there have been recent changes to Immigration policies that take effect September 2010 that make the pot test mandatory again.

I thought this kind of odd? Does anybody know anything about this? From reading many posts it seems like most hospitals dont have the equiptment/the means to even do the test. Has the requirement been brought back or is the recruiter just messing around with her and screening to make sure she doesnt do drugs?
