Can anyone offer advice to a man on an F5 visa who divorced his Korean wife and a few years later marries a SE Asian woman who he wants to bring to Korea permanently? It seems this may be uncharted territory. |

An F-5 can sponsor an F-2. At least that is what the immi web site says. As for actually going through the process, I don't know of anyone that has. |

Thanks for the suggestions about joining AFEK, which I just registered for.
As for contacting immigration directly, I would like to armed with at least a modicum of knowledge on the subject before I do that. |
