Do any hagwons offer employment to full time uni teachers (not gyopo/not married to Korean)? Wouldn't be needing housing, health insurance, pension, flight, visa sponsorship, etc., as uni already pays all that.

It will depend on the visa type you are working under (E2, E1).

If you are on an E2 you will need permission from your employer (the university) along with proper documentation and authorization from immigration. The second job will also have to respect certain guidelines linked to the income you gain from it vs your main job and the number of horus you can work at this second location.
