Is there any other way to get a work visa in Korea without giving the Korean government my physical degree? Did anyone use a verification document that you finished college, to get work visa?

This depends a bit on where you are from.

IF you are NOT from Canada you can use a photo copy of the original as long as it is notarized and then has an apostille affixed.

IF you ARE from Canada you must get your copy authenticated at the Korean Consulate that has jurisdiction over your region.

Get a UNIVERSITY ISSUED replacement of your parchment. It will be treated as an original.

These are the ONLY 3 options if you do NOT want to send your original.
