Considering selling my PC and wanted to get the fair market value for it. Here are the specs:

ASUS P7P55D EVO LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel i7 860 CPU

8GB G.SKILL DDR3 4G PC3 12800 RIPJAWS RL

WD Caviar Black 1TB

WD Caviar Black 640GB System Drive

Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP

and This Case.

Oh, comes with legitimate copy of Windows 7 Ultimate.

Thanks for the help!

Just price it out your components on Danawa and ask 70% of retail. It's a good place to start.

Right.....to be honest......it's too much work to look up all that stuff on behalf of someone on Dave's!

Try asking for 70% of current retail, but I'd be happy to get 50% on used computers.

I assume the OS is 64 bit? A 32 bit system can not use more than 4gb of ram, so if you are using a 32 bit Windows 7 you are totally not using 4gb of your ram.

Anyway, wouldn't someone who knows how to setup/build a PC know how to price it? Or did you not build it yourself?
