Ulsan's only foreign owned bar is up for sale. 6 years in, and I am moving on. Been there done that. I love the place but I will be heading back to the home land sooner rather than later now.
The asking price is cheap.
The size is 30 pyung, (been here too long I guess).
Rent is only 400 000
and deposit is 5,000,000 won
That is peanuts considering.
Located a 5 minute walk from the main downtown street. The city is finally developing the area around the bar. Making a walking street.
Everything is included, right down to the silverware. Big screen TV, live music equipment, full kitchen, oven, computer, foosball, dart board storage room, etc...
Also, I am willing to hang around to make a smooth transition.

| That's awesome. One could get in this for under $10,000? If so, I would think it's already a done deal with a regular. |

No, I think from reading the OP that those are the monthly operating costs (not including labor, taxes, etc.). The OP instructed interested parties to inquire about the purchase price via e-mail or PM. I am not sure exactly, but I remember hearing that the purchase price of a business should be somewhere around 2-3 years of net earnings? I have no idea, though, really. I am just kind of making stuff up  |
