Recently I've had some problems with health and for better treatment I should go to my home country for and about one or two months.
In my contract nothing is written about this (but of course I have insurance which is paid) and I did not talk to my employer yet.

The point is that according to the contract I should pay some money if I terminate it. Obviously, I don't want to do it. Very Happy

I wonder about korean law, anyone knows how it is usually done in korea?
