The real name verification law is giving me problems. Firstly, I don't know who I should go to that my name is what it is.
Anyone in S. Korea having success posting youtube vids online from your computers? |

South Korea has specific ID rules, but the rest of the world does not. So, go to the bottom of the page and change it from South Korea to global.

Try turning off the safety mode. It worked for me. Also, try downloading a program called hotspot shield. |
