Need to find great place around Seoul. Price range 70,000-150,000 for the food, so excluding the wine.

There are hundreds of restaurants that offer what you're asking. Can you be a bit more specific? For a date? Any particular cuisine? Neighborhood preference?

The Hamilton is pretty pricey. There is another hotel in Itaewon that's quite pricy and nice, but I can't remember the name. There's a wedding hall overlooking the Han river that does a pretty good 5 course meal. I'm not sure how many you need to have in your group though, or if they'd do it for two.

Might want to include what you're looking for, cuz just having a price tag w/o any other reqs makes it sound like that's the only thing you're looking for... And I'd be happy to make you a bowl of soup for that much

Silla in the Lotte complex in Jamsil is pretty good. If I remember correctly it was a tad over 150,000 (no drinks) for me and my girl.

Nevermind, found a great Italian place close to Ewha Univ. the whole building is the restaurant. Great prices too, guys check it out.

This place is fantastic and you will definitely be paying around 75,000Won plus for about two or three people excluding wine.
