HIYaS...
Our fab flatmate is moving out at the end of June, so we...one New Zealand female and one West African male are looking for a new roomie for July on wards.
We are looking for someone easy going, and tidy.
The house is 3 bedrooms, with a good sized living room, bathroom and kitchen, and lovely balcony.
The room available is quite big and has awesome views of Namsan tower.
It is fully furnished with a bed, walldrobe, tv cabinet and computer desk.
RENT is 450,000 per month ( including utilities ) and one months worth of bond 450,000 when moving in.
House is close to noksapyoung subway station and near the Hyatt where the number 3 bus stops.
